If your little one suffers from thrush between their legs use a tablespoon or two of plain good quality yoghurt to help clear up the itchy infection by spreading a layer over the area that is affected.

Use calendula cream on children’s insect bites.  It is very soothing and helps to heal them quickly.

Dilute your little ones fruit juice with cooled chamomile tea it not only has a calming effect but also aids digestion and has an anti-inflammatory effect on the body.
